Local roads or electric bikes?

I’m sure everybody remembers the catchy political ads from 2018 when a promise was made to fix Michigan’s crumbling roads. As we enter yet another budget season, the state legislature finds itself at a crossroads: keep this promise or proverbially kick the can further down the pothole-filled road.
