MEC opens applications for trade school and college scholarships

Midwest Energy and Communications (MEC) is offering four $1,000 scholarships to local high school seniors toward their trade school or college education. Additionally, up to two winners will be able to apply for a second scholarship after completing their first year of trade school or college.
