More mandates, no help

Recently, the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development issued excessive and misdirected mandates on dairy farms in the state of Michigan. The order, aimed at curbing the spread of avian influenza (HPAI), encompasses all dairy and commercial poultry facilities statewide.
