Did you know Berrien County is home to a state threatened frog species? The last few weeks at North Lake Park in Stevensville and at Grand Mere State Park, naturalists from Sarett have been hearing the call of the Blanchard’s cricket frog. When the tiny frogs sing, it sounds like a chorus of small metallic rocks being clinked together.
