New programs offered at Hartford Public Library in January & February

Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day at the Hartford Public Library on Monday, Jan. 17 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Participants can make an “I have a Dream” poster. No registration needed and all supplies are provided for free.
