One million questions answered

As my office continues to go through closing duties, we will be ending constituent correspondence this week. After 36 years, I have completed over one million constituent inquiries. Roughly two thirds of these messages were answered over email and postal mail, while the remaining third were completed over the phone, in-person, and even fax!
