Press Box Player of the Week for Aug. 15, 2024 is Panther Owen Epple.
Owen will be a senior this year and was an All-State catcher for the state champion Panther baseball team. He was the team’s leadoff hitter and had two hits in the championship game along with three RBI. He batted .422 on the season and had 32 RBI and scored 33 runs, but his catching set him apart.
