TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF HARTFORD, COUNTY OF VAN BUREN, STATE OF MICHIGAN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of the City of Hartford who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office or other designated state agency.  Registration forms can be obtained at the Clerk’s office or mi.gov/vote and mailed to the City Clerk.  Voters who are already registered may update their registration at any of the offices above or at mvic.sos.state.mi.us. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is: Monday, OCTOBER 20, 2025. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL168.497) at the City of Hartford Clerk’s Office.  At the following times: 

Monday – Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bainbridge Township Election Commission, in preparation for the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Special Election will meet to conduct the Public Accuracy Test of Voting Equipment at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the Bainbridge Township Hall, 7315 Territorial Road, Watervliet, Michigan 49022. The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate the computer programming used to tabulate the votes on election day meets the requirements pursuant to Michigan Election Law. The Election Commission will manually test one tabulator and one Voter Assist Terminal (touch screen voting system). This process will take approximately 30 minutes.
