This Notice of Violations is to inform the public that AM HAWK LLC is in violation of the City of Hartford’s Sewer Use Ordinance Chapter 52.60 under reporting requirements as stated in 40CFR Part 403.6, National Pretreatment Standards: Categorical Standards (a)(2)(ii) and in Michigan’s Part 23-Pretreatment Rules, R323.2311 (2)(b)(ii).
