If you had previously delivered equipment to that Company for repair or service, and have not previously retrieved that equipment, you may appear at the company offices at 1248 Pipestone Road, Benton Harbor, Michigan 49022 on November 29 & 30, 2023 between the hours of 1:00 o’clock P.M. and 4:00 P.M. to retrieve your equipment or tools. Please bring appropriate identification and Company claim receipt as evidence of your ownership of the equipment. All equipment not claimed and removed from the Company offices on or before November 30, 2023, at 4:00 P.M., shall conclusively be deemed abandoned by the owner.
