The City of Hartford Commissioners at the April 22, 2024 business meeting adopted the following amendments to the City’s Code of Ordinances:
Ordinance 341-2023 Amendment to Marijuana Business To Title XI of the Hartford City Code
Ordinance 342-2023 Amendment to Zoning Code to Regulate Marijuana Business
Ordinance 343-2024 Amendment to Zoning Code to provide standards & procedures for the review of special use applications & variance requests.
