Little Theda Jarvis, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira G. Leedy, was the victor in a suit which was heard in circuit court. The jury awarded damages to the amount of $7,500. Miss Jarvis was run over by an automobile and sustained lifelong injuries.
