100 years ago – 1924

Plans are being made for the observance of Armistice Day. Have you written your old friends and invited them to come “back home” for this day? Do not neglect to write them.

Pioneer Duane Boyer passed at the age of 76 years, 9 months and 14 days. Funeral services were held from the home of Mrs. William Umphrey. Interment is in the Coloma Cemetery.
