100 years ago – 1926

The annual observance of Mother and Daughter Week begins May 9. This is promoted by the Michigan Council of Religious Education. The theme is “Motherhood is Eternal.”

New officers named for the State Bank of Coloma. President: Alvin W. Filstrup, Vice President: Clarence E. Geisler, Cashier: D. Carter Cook.
