Scholarship opportunity for Tri-City graduating seniors

 Again this year the Corewell Lakeland Watervliet Auxiliary is sponsoring three $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors from Coloma, Hartford and Watervliet who are planning to study an area of health. The scholarships will be awarded based on the following criteria:

 Student must be a resident of Coloma, Hartford or Watervliet school district planning to study in any medical field. Applicants must have a 3.0 or better GPA on a 4.0 scale and plan to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year institution of higher education.

 Application packets are available from the high school counselor or at the hospital Information Desk.

 Deadline for receiving the completed application and letters of recommendation is April 1.
