Schools & COVID go to court in Berrien

Watervliet Public Schools finds itself among three Berrien County school districts named in a lawsuit that seeks to lift their mask mandates. The suit was filed Jan. 21, 2022 by attorney James A. Thomas on behalf of five students and their parents.
