Several Hagar Township residents log into to Zoom meeting to express concerns over ordinance updates

During the Hagar Township Board meeting on Monday, April 12, there was a public hearing portion of the meeting regarding revisions to the litter and debris ordinance. Supervisor Izzy DiMaggio explained that the enforcement officer, Bill Tucker, had raised some concerns about the bureaucratic process for enforcement to occur. For example, some citations require board approval, sometimes lengthening the process by months.
