Spectrum Health Lakeland is pleased to welcome Shannon Arader, PA to the medical staff. Arader is seeing patients alongside three ear, nose, and throat physician specialists and four advance practitioners at Spectrum Health Lakeland Ear, Nose & Throat with office locations in Niles and St. Joseph.
