State of Michigan COVID-19 measures lifted as new case rate remains below 2 percent
No sooner had the prior issue of the Tri-City Record hit the newsstands when Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced last Thursday that all COVID-19 restrictions would be lifted on June 22, more than a week sooner than was initially expected.
