State Police reminds motorists of importance of “Move Over” Law

With the recent passing of Tpr. Joel Popp in Saginaw County on Jan. 24, 2024, Michigan State Police (MSP) would like to remind everyone of the Move-Over Law which requires motorists to slow down to at least 10 mph below the posted speed limit and move over for stationary authorized vehicles with flashing, rotating, or oscillating lights activated.
