Last week, I welcomed U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy to Gerald R. Ford International Airport to see firsthand how the Working Families Tax Cuts are strengthening aviation safety across our region.
As Michigan’s second busiest airport, Gerald R. Ford International connects families, businesses, and visitors with destinations across the country and around the world. It is an important transportation hub and economic engine for our entire region. As the west side of our state continues to grow, the systems responsible for keeping passengers safe must keep pace.
