Unlocking Michigan

Last week, the people of Michigan scored a huge victory in the battle to “Unlock Michigan,” the Michigan Supreme Court has ordered the Board of Canvassers to approve the Unlock Michigan petitions. That means the final step prior to the repeal of the 1945 Emergency Powers Act will be passage by the Michigan House and Senate. Thanks to many of you who helped circulate and sign the Unlock Michigan petitions, this initiative does NOT need the signature of the governor.
