Get ready for an early jump on Halloween trick or treating when Van Buren County 4-H sponsors their third Tractor, Truck, or Treat. West Valley 4-H Livestock Key Leader Amy Mortimore says, “The event is like ‘touch-a-truck’ meets ‘trunk-or-treat’. What a better way to celebrate 4-H and children.”
