It’s that time of year again when the Van Buren Conservation District (VBCD) brings services to county residents and landowners at no-direct cost!
Mark your calendars for the biggest recycling and safe disposal events of the year. The VBCD offers Recycle Roundup collections three times a year throughout the county. Drop by with your used, unwanted items from the list below for recycling and safe disposal.
At the Recycle Roundup events, VBCD offers safe services for the following items:
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) - household chemicals, oil-based paint, batteries, lightbulbs, and more!
Foam (polystyrene/Styrofoam™)
Electronics - generally anything with a cord or that takes batteries
Tires - passenger and semi-sized tires; must be pre-registered at least two business days prior to the event
Check out the dates below and add them to your calendar.
