Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office notes for May 23, 2025

The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Marine Division, Dive Team, and Detectives worked with Western Michigan University and their Under-Water Equipment in Keeler Township at a private lake on a Cold Case Investigation last week. Several points of interest were dived and more will be soon to try to recover a missing individual from a case on April 15, 1978 (Joyce Fisher). Anyone with any information on this case is urged to call the sheriff’s office at 269-657-3101.
