Watervliet District Library news

The library celebrates Michigan travel this July with two programs designed to inspire appreciation for the history and diversity of our state. Thursday at 7pm, July 8, “Books & Bites” heads north of the bridge to talk about the Cully Gage classic, “The Last Northwoods Reader”. The event will also cover the making of the Upper Peninsula favorite, the pasty. All registrants will receive a recipe and ingredients to make their own, as well as a free copy of the featured book. Registration is limited; sign-up is required.
