Rather than list areas of our lives that create worry, and thereby remind ourselves of reasons for worry that we may not have recently thought about, suffice it to acknowledge that we are all prone to worry – about something. Sometimes it’s a specific concern, but sometimes it is an anxiety (or “angst”) about broader conditions. A twisting, strangling of the soul concerned about unknown outcomes.
