March 10, 2020, Presidential Primary Election and Eau Claire Schools Special Election on February 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bainbridge Township Hall, 7315 Territorial Road, Watervliet, Michigan,
The Public Accuracy test is conducted to demonstrate that the program and computer that will be used to tabulate the results of the primary election counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law.

Hagar Township Parks Maintenance Bid Solicitation
Bids due by March 16, 2020 by 1:PM
Hagar Township is seeking offers for maintenance services at all township parks, cemeteries, hall, and safety building maintenance. Sealed bids will be received until March 16, 2020å , 2020 at 1 PM a the Township Hall. All bidders shall bid in accordance with bid form.

Bid isfor Parks, cemeteries, hall, and safety building maintenance. Hagar Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers.
We are looking for a landscape company with equipment and experience to manage the needs for our five township parks. Ideally, this company would dedicate and employee for the daily tasks and hen a crew for the weekly/periodic tasks. Additional work beyond the scope of this bid should be coordinated with the Park’s Director and/or the Maintenance Supervisor. Peak season for parks starts in late April for spring cleaning, and lasts into late October/Early November till the snow flies in the fall.
General Requirements: Name of business Address & Contact Info Liability Insurance Three Referrals: Name, address, phone, and years service provided List of Maintenance Equipment (trucks, mowers, blowers, etc) Itemized monthly billing with parks being separate from cemeteries, hall, and safety building maintenance.

Periodic Tasks Move Picnic Tables/Trash cans from storage to Park and Picnic areas (spring) Clear leaves/debris from the parking areas (fall) Move picnic tables/trash cans back to storage (late fall/first snow) trim trees/bushes on bluff at Hagar Pard (as needed June-Aug) Move end of beach posts and signs to beach boundaries (spring) Remove End of beach posts and signs at end of summer (fall)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of the City of Hartford who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the City Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, February 24, 2020.
After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL168.497) at the City of Hartford Clerk’s Office. At the following times:
Monday – Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
Saturday March 7, 2020 8:30am – 4:30pm

Road Millage Renewal estimated revenue generated will be $3,320,282.00 in the first year of the levy.
Public Transit Millage Renewal estimated 0.2471 mill would raise $800,000 in 2020.
Veteran Services Millage estimated 0.10 mill would raise $339,744 in 2020
Van Buren Intermediate School District:
Special Education Millage increase by .9 mill estimated $3,730,173 levy in 2020.
