HAGAR TOWNSHIP
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Hagar Township will hold a public hearing to consider a resolution approving a grant application to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Land and Water Conservation Fund for the creation of an accessible parking lot, picnic area with supporting amenities, accessible road to the Paw Paw River, boardwalk and kayak launch connecting the park to the Paw Paw River and its related water trails at the Coloma Road/I-196 open space site, located at 3510 Coloma Rd., just east of 1-196 exit 4, now referred to as Riverside Kayak Park. The public hearing will be held at the meeting of the Hagar Township Board on Monday, March 13, 2017, at 7:15 p.m. at Hagar Township Hall, 3900 Riverside Road, Riverside, Michigan.
Additional information regarding the grant application is available for inspection during normal business hours at the Hagar Township Hall, 3900 Riverside Rd., Riverside, MI. Public comment is encouraged and time will be made available for comments during the public hearing at the time and location listed above.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Review will meet at the City Hall of Watervliet, 158 West Pleasant, Watervliet, Michigan 49098, to examine and review the 2017 assessment roll. The board will convene on the following dates for the hearing of appeals of assessments or taxable values, property exemptions, parcel classification appeals and/or current year qualified agricultural denials:
Tuesday, March 7, 2017, 4:00 pm Organizational Meeting
Thursday, March 16, 2017, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Friday, March 17, 2017, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

LEGAL NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING
The Bainbridge Township Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for the fiscal year of 2017-18 at the Bainbridge Township Hall, 7315 Territorial Road, on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 6:30 P.M.. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at the Bainbridge Township Clerk’s Office.
This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.412 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
