Ashley Brooke Richcreek, born June 7, 1988, on her father’s, Scott, and grandfather’s, Lloyd, birthday, died July 1, 2023 in Benton Harbor, MI.
Ashley was raised in Watervliet, MI graduating from Watervliet High School in 2007.
Ashley was a very strong-willed, independent person. After graduating high school, her strong will took her to a few states out west. She had resided in Arizona and California for a few years, before returning to Michigan in 2012.
Ashley was a huge dog lover. She always needed her dog companion by her side. A few of her favorites were her dog Cow, Cow’s puppy Calf; another was her dog Diesel who she gifted to her grandmother.
Ashley is survived by her parents, Scott and Hylee Richcreek; siblings Alaina Lewis Roberts, Adam Hall (Sole Sanchez), Jacob (Chelsea) Richcreek, Alexandra Richcreek (Joel Simmons), Andrew Richcreek (Katie Rice); grandmother Barb Richcreek; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, who will dearly miss her.
Preceding Ashley’s death were her grandparents, Robert and Paulette Hall, and Lloyd Richcreek; and brother-in-law Richard Roberts Jr.
Visitation will be on Sunday, July 9 from 2 to 4 p.m. with a memorial service at 4 p.m. Services will be at Revive Church, 6801 Ryno Rd., Coloma. Pastor Edward Richcreek, Ashley’s uncle, will be officiating.
The family is being assisted by Purely Cremations of Benton Harbor, MI.
