BARBARA K. PROBST

Barbara Kay Probst, 92, of Asheville, NC, a former Coloma resident, passed away on Jan. 16, 2022 at Solace Hospice in Asheville.

Cremation has taken place at the Groce Funeral Home in Asheville at Barbara’s request. No services were held.

Barbara was born May 4, 1929 in Benton Harbor, to Wilson and Zelma (Kniebes) Bridges. She married Floyd Probst of Benton Harbor on Aug. 20, 1947 at the Methodist Parsonage in Coloma.

Barbara is survived by one daughter, Cindi Probst, of Asheville, NC and one grandson, Jason Probst, of Fishers, IN.

She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd, son Richard, daughter Cheryl Hirth, sister Karen Bridges and her parents.
