“Chromatic Aberration” is when light comes through a lens and “color fringes” appear around various objects. Use of multiple lenses, together with lens coatings, helps correct these “aberrations”. The problem is caused by differing refraction angles of colors through the lens material. Then, because of these differences, the image is colorfully blurred. The true image is not clearly represented.
