A spokesperson for Berrien County Parents for School Freedom (BCP), Victory Woodall, informed the Tri-City Record the lawsuit that contends Berrien County School Districts does not have statutory authority to enforce masking or quarantine policies has been moved to federal court. Though a court date has not yet been set, the case has been assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney.
