A Family Tradition of Quality Celebrating the 102nd year of serving communities in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, Big C Lumber is in its eleventh decade of existence and is a fourth-generation family-owned company. From it’s beginning with a single location in Northern Indiana to it’s current 16 retail locations and 3 manufacturing facilities, the company has grown through the years by purchasing other family-owned lumberyards who were looking for a family owned company who would continue to take care of their employees and customers as well as they had and found a good fit with Big C Lumber. The Coloma location was purchased from the Hipskind family in 2001 and have continued the tradition of serving the Coloma community for generations. The store's reputation for quality products, exceptional customer service, and community involvement has been woven into the fabric of Coloma itself.
