CATHERINE M. GOODRICK

 Catherine M. Goodrick, 86, of Coloma, passed away at home, Thursday, July 11, 2024.

 Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 19 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma where the family will begin receiving friends at 12 noon.  Catherine was born Dec. 20, 1937 in Kalamazoo to John and Katherine (Filip) Grybus. In 1959, she and Robert Goodrick were married and have celebrated 64 years together.

 Catherine was active in the work force all of her life, working for 10 years at General Mills as a receptionist, Saluto Foods in quality control for 20 years, and then at Jollay Orchards for over 15 years at their U-Pick Stand. Catherine loved flowers and going to the casino. She attended all of her son’s and grandson’s sports games, and also operated the concession stand at local baseball games.

 Catherine is survived by her husband Robert; sons Robert (Debbie) Goodrick Jr. of Allendale, Michigan and Jack (Holly) Goodrick of South Haven; grandsons Nicholas Goodrick of Allendale and Andrew Goodrick of Spring Lake; sister Helen Axe of Naples, Florida; brother-in-law Virgil Goodrick; sister-in-law Shirley Goodrick; and many nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister and brother-in-law, Annette and Luther Krause; and her brother-in-law Richard Axe.
