On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, the Hartford City Commissioner’s business meeting was called to order by Mayor Rick Hall with the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting then opened with a presentation of a Key to the City to Frank Dockter, who had served as a commissioner for many years.
