Defending the God-given right to life
Over the past few weeks, a large number of constituents have been contacting my office and sharing their support for policies that protect the unborn. With new legislative proposals promoting taxpayer funded abortions in Michigan, now more than ever we must stand strong to protect the God-given right to life, which begins at conception. Constituent input, alongside the values we share in Southwest Michigan, has made it abundantly clear that we must continue to fight for the unborn. Over the past few years, my wife Trisha and I have been blessed with two beautiful children. My family is privileged to witness the gift of new life and this further motivates me to continue defending this sacred gift as your state senator.
