Fall festival approved and Trick or Treat hours set in Watervliet; resignation of public works superintendent, Jeff Allen

The Watervliet City Commission accepted the resignation of Jeff Allen, the Public Works Superintendent, at their business meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 10. No explanation given. The board also approved the Fall Festival at Flaherty Park for Saturday, Oct. 12 from 7 to 10 p.m.
