Former Hartford Police Chief, Tressa Beltran bound over for trial on nine charges

On Wednesday, July 26, 2023 the former police chief from the city of Hartford, Tressa Beltran, appeared before the 7th District Court in Paw Paw where she was bound over to the 36th Circuit Court for trial on all charges according to the announcement from Michigan Attorney General, Dana Nessel.
