Getting the budget done

As kids across Michigan return to the classroom, they’re walking into schools without a finalized state budget. Instead of focusing on fixing this pressing issue, Governor Whitmer is once again overseas—this time in Japan—after earlier trips this year to the U.K., Australia, and the UAE. Meanwhile, our classrooms and roads are left waiting.
