Hartford City Council meeting packed a full house; royals, residents, and contract recipients all addressed the board on Monday
On Monday, March 23, the Hartford City Commissioners’ business meeting was called to order promptly at 6 p.m. Mayor Jane Danger called for the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance, the board approved the agenda, and the meeting proceeded.
