Hartford City Mayor announced City Manager, Akinwale’s retirement, after 23 years of service

On Monday, Sept. 26, 2022 the Hartford City Council was called to order by Mayor Richard Hall, promptly at 7:30 p.m. after reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
