JEARLDINE “JERRIE” COLE

Jearldine Cole, 81, of Watervliet departed her loving family on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at the Lakeland Medical Center in St Joseph. Jearldine loved to be called “Momma” by her kids.
Services celebrating her life were held on Wednesday, Jan. 27, at the Midway Baptist Church in Watervliet. Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery in Watervliet Township. Jerrie was born on May 3, 1939 in High Point, NC to Eloise and Thomas Clodfelter. She married her devoted husband, William “Bill” Cole, and together they celebrated close to 20 years of marriage. Jerrie and Bill are members of the Midway Baptist Church and attended regularly. Her hobby was baking for everyone. Jerrie also enjoyed her dogs. She was a loving and generous woman full of southern hospitality. Jerrie had a kind, generous spirit that was felt by her family, her friends and her church community.
Her family includes her children, Levon (David) Green of Myrtle Beach, FL, Debbie (Jimmy) Singleton of Statesville, NC, Ginger (Rick) Fedewa of Wabash, IN, Tammy (Troy) Pierce of Lexington, NC, Cheryl (Dale) Midkiff of Coloma, and Stephanie (Scott) Conway of Kalamazoo; her 16 grandchildren, her 30 great-grandchildren, and her two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Gayle Mueller in 2020 and a sister, Peggy Spradley.
