MENTAL MIDGETS… Strike again! According to Watervliet Police Chief Tim Sutherland, our newsstand at Moo’s Place restaurant in Watervliet had been vandalized in the early morning hours of Saturday, Oct. 14. Amy received a message over the weekend from Chief Sutherland letting her know of the incident and passed along that the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department took the report.
