WEATHER PROGNOSTICATIONS… I see Punxsutawney Phil didn’t see his shadow on Groundhog Day, February 2. Neither did Watervliet Willy, meaning there will be six more weeks of winter. That’s OK, we can always use six more weeks of spring.
