RIH… David Helms, Rest in Heaven. Pastor Helms started writing for the Tri-City Record 19 years ago. Dave never missed a deadline and when he knew it might be a few minutes late he would call. Our thoughts and prayers are with Janie (Dave’s wife) and their sons and their families during this time.
