RIP TERESA… Our condolences to the family of Teresa Smithers. Teresa was a regular correspondent here at the Record up until a couple years ago when her health changed. This was the second time she worked here! She had moved away for a couple years. Returning to the Tri-City Area, we found a spot for her on staff real quick. Early on she helped Amy with our first website and her love for graphics and InDesign made her very valuable.
