STAMPS… have gone up again! When we first bought the Tri-City Record in 1984 a U.S. Postage Stamp was $.20. The stamp remained the same price until February 1985. The price for a first class stamp is now $.82, granted they now offer the Forever Stamp, which will work forever if you want to buy enough stamps to get you through a lifetime! That is a 310% increase in 42 years.
