AWWWWW SPRING… Just when we need Watervliet Willy for the spring forecast, the wily rodent slept thru the sunshine and the beginning of a February thaw Sunday. A morning weathergirl declared there had been 16 days straight of below freezing temps. That certainly is newsworthy. What’s remarkable is the February deepfreeze that frosted every state except Hawaii.
