TO ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION... was the explanation given the myriad of cancellations the past year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in a fish market in China in late 2019 it quickly spread to the U.S. via commercial transportation to the states of Washington and Oregon in the early months of 2020.
